Terms and Conditions for The Process Programming Individual Coaching Course


Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing The Process Programming Individual Coaching Course (the "Course"). By purchasing this Course, those who purchase and enroll into the Course (the “Enrollee”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other terms or policies that may be associated with the Course.

  1. Course Enrollment and Access: By enrolling in the Course, the Enrollee gains access to the training materials, video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and assessments as described in the Course description. Access to the Course is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The Enrollee is responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology and internet access to use the Course materials.

  1. Intellectual Property: All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to video lessons, documents, quizzes, and other materials, is the intellectual property of The Process Programming. The content is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purposes. If it has been determined that any of the above actions have been taken, the Enrollee’s access to the Course will be terminated without a refund. Further violation will be subject to relevant legal action.

  1. User Conduct: The Enrollee agrees to use the Course and its contents in a lawful manner and not to share login credentials with any third parties. Any misuse of the materials or violation of these terms may result in termination of the Enrollee’s access to the Course without a refund.

  1. Certification: Upon successful completion of the Course, as determined by the standards set by The Process Education, the Enrollee will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate is a testament to the achievement of knowledge in the field but does not in itself act as a legally-binding certification to practice as a fitness professional should local laws and regulations require it.

  1. Limitation of Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the Course materials, The Process Programming does not guarantee any specific fitness or business outcome and is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that could occur from the use of the information provided. Furthermore, the Enrollee is responsible for determining their own and any client’s physical readiness to conduct physical assessments and other movements relevant to the Course.

  1. Changes to the Course: The Process Programming reserves the right to make changes to the Course content, material, access, and structure, and will inform the Enrollee accordingly. 

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the following REFUND AND POSTPONEMENT policy section for details concerning the Course's refund and cancellation guidelines.


REFUND AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY

  1. Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of the online content and the instant accessibility of Course materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on the Course. All sales are considered final once the purchase is made.

  1. Course Credits: In exceptional cases where a refund is sought, and upon a thorough review by our support team, we may provide a credit equivalent to the purchase price if the Enrollee has not begun the Course at the time of refund request, and a prorated amount if the Enrollee has completed parts of the Course. This credit can be used towards other programs, materials, or merchandise offered by The Process Programming. The decision to provide such credit is at the sole discretion of The Process Programming and is not guaranteed.

  1. Requesting Course Credit: To request course credit, the Enrollee must contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with the purchase order number and a detailed explanation of the situation regarding the request.

  1. Postponement of Course Start Date: If circumstances prevent the Enrollee from beginning the course by the set start date of the Course, The Process Programming offers the option to postpone the Enrollee’s start date. To request a postponement, the Enrollee must contact The Process Programming at least 7 days before the initial start date. The new start date must be within 6 months of the original purchase date.

  1. Course Expiration: All course enrollees must begin their Course within 6 months from the date of purchase. Failure to start the Course within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of access to the Course without compensation.


Please note, any credit issued cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable. Credit must be used within a specified period from the date of issuance, typically six months, after which they will expire.


By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Process Programming reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time, as indicated in the Last Updated date below.
