ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:

The 30 Day Healthy Eating Habits Challenge is a mindful eating accountability programme led by our nutrition & lifestyle team at The Process Programming. 

Although understanding basic nutritional science is an important aspect of creating positive change, the vast majority of our clients really struggle to implement fundamental nutritional concepts and practices into their life – consistently! 

The issue isn’t a lack of ‘know how’  – it is the execution of applying what clients already know into their daily lives. 

Changing WHO you are, and HOW you do things is extremely hard – and requires well thought out strategies to be successful (especially in the long run).

To take the guesswork out of the equation, we are going to teach you the art of turning ‘knowing’ into ‘doing’. We are going to be sharing our favourite coaching tips so that you can begin to create change immediately! 

Our next cohort starts August 5th, 2024.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We won’t focus on WHAT you eat.

  • No weighing or measuring of food…
  • No calorie counting…
  • No macro prescriptions… 
  • No elimination of certain foods or food groups… 

This programme is all about increasing your self-awareness and knowledge, as well as enabling you to take ownership of your journey. The idea here is to create autonomy and self-determination.

We will focus on HOW you eat and HOW you feel to teach you to: 

  • Reject diet mentality
  • Reduce guilt and make peace with food
  • Increase your satisfaction
  • Improve your digestion
  • Become more intuitive
  • Understand your mind and body so that you can be in control of your appetite ship

THE PROCESS:

  • You will be put in the driver’s seat to figure out what you want and how to make it happen, realistically, step-by-step.
  • We will respect you and your priorities without judging or pushing you to do things that don’t feel manageable or interesting.
  • We will help you anticipate and overcome obstacles.
  • We will help you identify solutions you may or may not have considered before.
  • We will guide you to build problem-solving systems you can apply, on your own, as new goals and challenges arise in the future.
